1. TERM DEFINITION:

• The Terms "WE", "OUR", "US", "COMPANY", "ORGANIZATION", "ACADEMY" refers to -
  GANDHES COMMERCE CLASSES OMKARNAGR (Nagpur)

• User/Student/You means any person or entity who is visiting/browsing our mobile app/website, taking our services and using products and programs.

2. WHITE-LABELING DISCLOSER:

This app is white-labeled from EISdigital.com (EdTech Solution) and sends, receives and stores data in its server. The mobile app features includes self learning (LMS), online exam, assignment, attendance, study material, feedback, notification and related features.

3. INFORMATION - COLLECTION AND USE

3.1 Personal Information

• Name (Required)
• Email (Required)
• Phone number (Optional)

These data types are used for user account management and service delivery purpose (Ex. send you payment notification, activation details and support email/call) in the normal course of business.

Name and Email are collected through registration/enquiry hardcopy form (not collected through the app), the app is just using these details.

3.2. Location

• Precise location (Optional) - It's used only when user proceed for making payment through RazorPay payment gateway. Our app does not store and use location related data.

3.3. Financial info

• Purchase history (Optional) - When user make any payment through payment gateway, we store payment history in our database.

3.4. Device ID

• Firebase installation ID - app uses this ID to uniquely identify the user's android device to send notification(Ex. payment due, absent/present, study material added, batch schedule change etc). App ask for notification permission with prominent disclosure, before login. User can disable or enable the notification permission anytime from the Settings page (after login Left Nav -> Settings).

3.5. Other Information

• IP Address - When a user interacts with the app the device IP address is automatically logged in our server. We use it only in case of suspected/suspicious activity identified (security purpose).

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION:

• Email address - is shared with Sendgrid(our third-party email service provider) to support the internal operations of the service.
• Phone number - is shared with "ADMARK Multi Ventures Pvt Ltd" and "MSG91" (our third-party sms sender service provider) to support the internal operations of the service.
• Firebase installation ID (FCM token) - is shared with Google owned Firebase Cloud Messaging Service(our third-party app notification sender service provider) to support the internal operations of the service.
• We do not sell, rent and share any information to third-parties for advertising or marketing or research purposes.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION:

• Personal Information will not be retained longer than it is reasonably required to provide the service and will be deleted when it is no longer required or upon request, whichever is earlier, subject to any obligations to the government legal compliance.
• There may also be residual information that will temporarily remain within our databases and other records in back-up systems which will be overwritten in the ordinary course, generally within 30 to 90 days.
• Data Deletion Request - user can send a request for Account Deletion or Data Deletion from the app (Left Nav -> Settings menu). Or user can submit data deletion request from this web-form link.

6. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

• We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect the security and integrity of information within our organization.
• We use HTTPS (TLS/SSL) for secure data exchange.
• The passwords and other sensitive information are encrypted in the database.
• No data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us or contact us.

7. LAW AND JURISDICTION

• Exclusive jurisdiction area and forum - the services are subject to the Indian laws and the courts in District Court Nagpur, India
• The dispute or issue resolution process must be in accordance with Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
